Contact, sign-in help, your data and reporting content.

Forgot your password?: On the sign-in page, choose “Forgot password?” and we’ll email you a link to set a new one.
No code?: When you sign up with email, we send a 6-digit code to confirm your address. Check your spam folder, or choose “Send a new code”.
Google or Apple: Sign in with the same button you signed up with. If you chose Hide My Email with Apple, your account uses Apple’s private relay address.
Other sign-in problems: Write to us from the email address you signed up with.

Getting started

Coaches: To move an existing program, send it to support@norva.fit. Leave out your athletes’ health details.
Athletes: Open your coach’s invite link, create a free account and tap “Accept invite”.

A copy: Email us from your account’s address. We send it within one month.
Corrections: Most details you can change yourself: under Account on the web, under Profile in the mobile app.
Deletion: You can delete your account yourself, on the web or in the mobile app. Here’s how, and what happens.

How we handle your data is in the privacy policy.

If something in Norva is illegal or breaks our terms, tell us.

In the app, open the message’s menu and choose “Report”.

By email, with or without an account, write to support@norva.fit and include:

where it is: a link, or enough detail for us to find it;
why you think it’s illegal or breaks the terms;
your name and email address;
that you’re reporting in good faith and believe your report is accurate and complete.

People in Norva can only talk inside a coaching relationship. To stop contact, end it:

As an athlete: on the web, Account › My coaches, then “End relationship”; in the mobile app, Profile › My coaches › “Stop”.
As a coach: on the web, open the athlete and choose “End relationship” from the menu; in the mobile app, “Stop coaching”.

After that, neither of you can write in the conversation, and the coach no longer sees the athlete’s training.
